Functions:
1. Consistent with ANSI C12.20-1997 American National Standard For Watthour Meter and JJG 597-2005 AC energy meter test equipment testing rule
2. With expert ANSI meter, the worker need not to insert, and the bench is suitable for FORM-1S and FORM-2S meter.
3. The device uses special aluminum alloy, disposes three-dimensional adjustable optical samplings, optical sampling can sample the turntable induction meter mark and also can receive the LED strobe signal.
4. The bench uses PC to operate; the equipment can make the test items such as starting, basic error, standard deviation, calibration constants, 24h variation, voltage influence test, current influence test and other items test automatically. Test items and condition are flexible, and we can define the test scheme or use the standard test scheme. The test result can store in the data library .The bench can connect to the guester’s net and upload the data.
Features:
1. The multi-function standard meter and power source assort with the equipment can be used independently, and it is convenient to repair.
2. Using PWM-modulated power amplifier, it has big output capacity , small size, high output efficiency (>85%), low heat, good load characteristics and high reliability.

4. Specific error calculator of each epitome uses the RS485 bus communication technology, forms a distributed error processing system which can test different constant energy meter, and the communication is reliable and fast.
5. Each epitome uses current loop automatic mode seeker to facilitate accurate black position of the subject meter.
6. Automatic range switching. Keyboard and the PC operation co-exist.
7. It has the function such as voltage short-circuit protection or overload protection current open protection.
